These Billing Terms and Conditions explain how we handle payments, authorizations, and charges for purchases made on https://reehip.com.
By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, our Payment Methods, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
1. General Billing Overview
When you make a purchase on Reehip, you authorize us (or our payment partners: PayPal or Stripe) to charge the total amount due — including product price, shipping fees, and applicable taxes — to your selected payment method.
All transactions are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe, and your payment information is encrypted to ensure data privacy and protection.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment options:
- PayPal: Payment through your PayPal account or linked bank/credit card.
- Stripe: Secure credit or debit card payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
All payments are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Currency conversion fees may apply based on your card issuer’s rates.
3. Payment Authorization
When placing an order, you authorize Reehip to:
- Verify your payment method through our payment processor.
- Charge the full order amount at checkout.
- Retain transaction data for verification, refunds, or fraud prevention purposes (as permitted by law).
If your payment fails, the order will not be processed. You will be notified by email and asked to provide another valid payment method.
4. Pricing and Taxes
All product prices displayed on Reehip.com are shown in USD and are exclusive of applicable local taxes or duties.
During checkout, the total cost will include:
- Product subtotal
- Shipping fee (flat rate: $5.24 USD)
- Any applicable taxes or fees based on your billing location
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import fees determined by local regulations.
Reehip is not responsible for these additional charges.
5. Billing Cycle and Timing
Your payment is charged immediately at checkout when the order is confirmed.
Because Reehip products are made-to-order, production begins right after successful payment authorization.
We do not offer recurring subscriptions or automatic renewal billing.
Each transaction is a one-time purchase.
6. Order Confirmation
After completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your order number
- A summary of purchased items
- The total amount charged
- Estimated production and delivery times

7. Fraud Prevention and Verification
For your security and ours, all transactions undergo automated fraud screening by PayPal and Stripe.
In rare cases, additional verification may be required.
We reserve the right to:

8. Refunds and Adjustments

Once a refund is approved:

Reehip cannot redirect refunds to a different card, account, or third party.

Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks without prior contact may delay or void refund eligibility.
10. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours after placing an order.
After this period, the order enters production and can no longer be modified or canceled.
If you cancel within the allowed window, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
11. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails or is declined:

- Try an alternative payment method (e.g., PayPal instead of Stripe).

Reehip takes chargeback abuse seriously.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block customer accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent or excessive disputes.
Before filing a chargeback, please contact us first — we will do everything possible to resolve your issue fairly and quickly.
