Return & Refund Policy – Reehip
At Reehip, we want every customer to enjoy a seamless experience from the moment you place an order to the day your item arrives.
Because all of our products are custom-made to order, returns and cancellations are limited — however, if something goes wrong, we will always make it right.
This policy explains when and how you may be eligible for a refund, reprint, or replacement.
1. Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours after placing your order.
After this window, the order will enter production and cannot be canceled, as your custom product is already being prepared.
If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and include your order number in the subject line.
2. Address Correction
Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, you can request a correction within 3 days of placing your order.
After 3 days or once the order is sent to production, we may not be able to change the address.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for free reshipment or refunds.
3. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We will gladly issue a refund or reprint in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective.
- You received the wrong item, size, or color.
- Your package was lost in transit and did not arrive.
- The order exceeded our maximum shipping timeframe (see our Shipping Policy).
To qualify, you must contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order (or after the expected delivery date for lost packages).
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product showing the defect, wrong design, or shipping label (if available)
Our team will review your case and offer a resolution — either a refund, reprint, or store credit, depending on your preference and situation.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds or reprints under the following circumstances:
- You ordered the wrong size, color, or design by mistake.
- You changed your mind after receiving the item (“buyer’s remorse”).
- Your item is still in transit within the standard delivery period.
- Tracking shows “Delivered,” but the package was misplaced or stolen at your address.
- Minor color or size variations (within 1–2 inches) caused by manufacturing processes.
- Unauthorized returns made without prior contact with our support team.
Please remember: all Reehip products are made-to-order, so small variations in print tone or size tolerance are considered normal in apparel production.
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or reprint, follow these steps:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- Attach clear photos showing:
- The issue (misprint, defect, or damage).
- The full product with visible design.
- The shipping label (optional but helpful).
- Describe the problem clearly, including whether you prefer a refund or reprint.
- Our support team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and reply with next steps.
If approved, we’ll process your replacement or refund right away.
6. Refund Method & Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal or Stripe).
- PayPal refunds: 1–3 business days
- Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing speed
We will notify you by email when your refund is complete.
If your refund does not appear after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to our team if needed.
7. Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if:
- Tracking has not updated for 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international); and
- The item has not been delivered to the provided address.
In these cases, we will reship your order for free or issue a full refund — your choice.
Lost package claims must be filed within 60 days of the order date.
8. Returns
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept general returns for non-defective items.
However, if you are instructed to return a defective product:
- Do not send items back without our authorization.
- We’ll provide a return address and instructions via email.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Once we receive and verify the returned item, a refund or replacement will be issued within 5–10 business days.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for sizing or style changes.
If you ordered the wrong size, please place a new order after your refund or reprint is completed.
10. Substitution Policy
In rare cases where an item is out of stock, Reehip may replace it with an equivalent product of equal or greater quality and similar color/style.
If no appropriate substitute is available, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.
Substituted products that meet our quality standards are not eligible for additional refunds.
11. Refund Amount Calculation
Refunds are calculated based on the product’s final purchase price.
If your order was placed with a discount or promotion, the refund reflects that reduced amount.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault (e.g., incorrect or damaged order).

Claims submitted outside these timeframes may not be accepted.
13. Our Responsibility vs. Customer Responsibility
We cover:
- Manufacturing errors
- Wrong product received
- Lost or damaged shipments
Customer covers:
- Incorrect address entries
- Refused or unclaimed packages
- Orders made in error (wrong size, color, or design)
14. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your case was handled incorrectly or have further concerns, you can request an appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Appeal – [Order #]”.
Our management team will review the claim independently and respond within 5 business days.
