At Reehip, we take pride in producing and delivering every order with care, transparency, and precision. Because our items are custom-made to order, production and delivery timelines may vary slightly. The details below outline how we handle order processing, production, shipping, and tracking for all customers worldwide.
1. How We Process Your Order
Once you place an order at https://reehip.com, our fulfillment process begins immediately:
- Order Verification: Within the first 12 hours, our system verifies payment and product details.
- Production Stage: After verification, your order enters production. This usually takes 2–6 business days, depending on product type and order volume.
- Quality Control: Each item is inspected to ensure print accuracy, sizing, and finishing before it is packed and dispatched.
Please note: All days mentioned are business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates
Reehip offers a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.24 USD for standard worldwide delivery.
This charge covers packaging, handling, and carrier costs to ensure your order arrives safely and trackably.
Expedited or express shipping options may be available at checkout and will be calculated separately.

These timelines are estimates. Orders may occasionally take longer due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. During high-volume seasons (e.g., Christmas), production and delivery times may extend by 3–5 business days.
4. Tracking & Updates
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Important Notes:
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your package leaves the facility.
- International shipments may show limited tracking until arrival in the destination country.
- Orders with multiple products may ship separately and arrive at different times, depending on the production location.

5. Delivery Windows
Most domestic (U.S. and EU) packages arrive within 12 business days after shipment.
For international orders, delivery may take up to 30 business days depending on customs processing.
We work with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx to provide efficient, trackable delivery services worldwide.
6. Delays Beyond Our Control
Although we strive for punctual delivery, certain factors are outside our control and may affect transit times:
- Customs inspections or border delays.
- Severe weather or natural disasters.
- Labor strikes or courier disruptions.
- High-season order surges or inventory restocks.
If your order is delayed, rest assured we will work with our carriers to resolve the issue and keep you updated.
7. Lost or Stuck Packages
A package is considered lost in transit if:
- Tracking has not updated for 30 days (U.S./EU) or 45 days (international), and
- The package has not been delivered to the confirmed shipping address.
In these cases, we will reship your order free of charge or issue a full refund upon verification.
Please report lost-in-transit cases to [email protected] within 60 days of the order date.
8. Address Accuracy
To ensure a successful delivery:
- Double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
- Once an order has entered production, address changes may not be possible.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be eligible for free reshipment.
If you need to correct an address within the first 12 hours after purchase, please contact us immediately.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in your Reehip order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering.
10. Split Shipments
For efficiency, some products may be fulfilled at different facilities.
As a result, you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
You will not be charged extra shipping for split deliveries.
11. Shipping Warranty
We want your order to arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Reehip provides a Shipping Warranty Program covering the following scenarios:
- Damaged during transit: We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
- Lost in transit: We’ll replace or refund the item after confirming with the carrier.
- Stolen after delivery (marked “Delivered”): You may file a claim by submitting a police report and proof of correct address. Maximum coverage: $150 USD.
Claims must be submitted within 14 business days of delivery for damage, or 30 days for loss/stolen packages.
12. Countries We Do Not Ship To
Due to carrier restrictions, we currently cannot deliver to the following regions:
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, and Somalia.
Shipments to APO/FPO military addresses or remote islands may take up to 45 days.
